Just ran across a ton of it in a local store. Lot numbers says produced in 2018
Thoughts on it, and results if you have them.
I'll be shooting it for NRL22 from a 1416 Anschutz.

Thanks

If I recall correctly, all of eleys ammo is made on the same machines....and by and large the only difference between red box, black box, yellow box, ect is how they perform in testing.

The best performing lots are sold as tenex, then black box, ect. ect. until they get down to yellow box.

That is something I am not aware to of. I thought they use all their presses with the goal of making Tenex and lot test after that.

I could be wrong but I would assume their goal is always to make the best ammo on every press.

Correct, a "run" is around 40,000 rounds and how it performs decides what color box, and who gets it:)

that is incorrect. Components and process are the same for red/black box, unique only to them.

Team shoots the best of any ammo tested out of my Tikka and shoots wonderful in all 22LR's I have tested it in to date.

If I could find some more I'd grab it.

you have to be pretty careful there, depending on the date of those lots.
early team, to get it up and running, was actually reported to have been, in fact, repackaged match at team prices. Pretty much a short run deal to get folks on board. Pretty snarky those Brits.

1.5 inches of vertical spread.
Apply the half third rule, at 50 yards under the same conditions
expect a 0.50 inch group for 50 shots.
Variations to be expected from lot to lot.
Some are going to be better than others.
