What would it cost to change the reticle?

Looked online, google is your friend, says its a 1" tube.

It's a 1" tube, and about the reticle swap, call Dawn @ Swarovski @ 1-800-426-0048 ext 2952 (I'm sure I'll get a love e-mail from her for posting her extension) She is <span style="font-style: italic">THE</span> go to person at Swarovski.

Better check the specs-VERY little elevation and windage range.

Check the reticle swap, I dont think Swarovski offers mildot style.
