I am gonna get anticant and have decided on either the HV and the USO base mount swivel model. For the price, the HV looks nice with the cosine meter built in. Anyone tried it?

I think there is another thread on this question. As I recall, Lowlight said something like, "Anything but Horus." I dunno why, it looks good in principle but maybe the execution leaves something to be desired.

I like mine!

It's not what I would consider military grade because it's plastic but for the average shooter it'll do.I like having the bubble level and inclination indicator right there in one unit.

ACLI?
Angle Cosign Level Indicator?

Had one and it was very large, here is a pic of it on a Nikon 6-18 Buckmaster with Tacticool wrap!!

I found it not needed for my applications, at 400 yards with what I consider a pretty steep shot it indicated instead of the RF 397 yards I should hold 393 yards....to me it didn't make it worth the extra shit hanging off the scope. They are large and the Badger ACI are very compact and with the rail mount they are not sticking way out there....I will look and see if I have a close up pic from when I sold it. The level was wierd also...it had one line that you split the bubble with, not 2 lines that you put the bubble in the middle of, like a construction level.

IMO go with the Badger ACI on a rail mount if you think it is nessecary.

Running Warne Low QD rings I had to remove a lug of the rail to mount it...you can see it in the last pic....the 1" scope mount is the Horus as well.
