Rifle Scopes Opinions on this scope?

If you're limited to $400 on a scope for your 700, you might consider a fixed power scope were you'd get more quality for you money. I just got a SWFA 10x42M which is an awesome value for the price.

Is it $400ish as well? I'm new to the long rang game besides a little hunting throughout the years but I've never bought a scope myself.
