Well, I will most likely get the Vortex Viper PST 6–24x50 with EBR-1 MRAD Reticle. What optic should I look at to get me bye tell they come out? I was thinking maybe a SS 10x rear focus (Old one) what do you guys think.

I'm just gonna stick by what I have on my rifle until those come out, personally. An SS might be a good choice until those come out in the next few months though.

That's be a perfect meantime scope, and it'll make a nice backup to keep on hand.

I have to ask something else, I have the money that I could get a 3-9 SS should I get that or should I get the 10x and spend some money on reloading supplies in the meantime?

the new 3-9SS are very ncie glass for the money. mil/mil, FFP and mil dot. Nice clicks. good combo.
