Rifle Scopes Options for Ruger bolt action angled scope mount

So what are the options for getting a 20 or 25 MOA angle for a Ruger with the scope mounts machined into the receiver? Are there rings with the angle built in? Or is it better to just get a 20 moa base and straight rings?

Ken Farrell has a 20MOA steel scope base for the Ruger M77 SA. I don't know if he offers one for the LA rifles. Then you can get a quality set of steel rings to use with the base.
