Does it make any difference to FL size after trimming or no? And I have some flash holes that look way out of round and center. Ive seen tools to debut the flash hole but do these really work?

Deburring isn't a total waste of time, but questionable

I have the tool and use it occasionally for my most precise loads. Leave nothing to chance.

I like to resize before trimming. This is because resizing the case can affect the case length after it gets done moving the brass around to the proper shape.

I bought some winchester brass and the flash holes look like a child drilled them. I just dont trust uniform combustion like that.

Some trimmers index on the shoulder. You want to size before you trim with them.

This in addition to what @supercorndogs said. I've always trimmed after resizing on both 223 and 308 rounds

Trimming is always last right before priming, - I should add that I use a trimer that also deburrs and chamfers in the same process.
