Gunsmithing Order of operations - Cerakote before or after???

Looking for a little input here on my latest project. I just sent my action off for Ion Bond and when it gets back I was planning on spraying the barrel and exterior of the action only with OD Green Cerakote. Currently the barrel is off the receiver so my question was, would it be better to have the barrel re-torqued onto my receiver and paint the receiver and action as one, or paint separate then send the package out to Krieger for the barrel install???

* Just a note in case I wasn't making sense, the barrel is complete and all ready to go, Krieger just told me to send it mack to them and they would re-install the barrel and double check headspace which is necessary anytime the barrel is removed...

Coat after barrel install.
The handling needed to retorque may not be nice to your new cerakote.
