Anyone have any experience with these scopes? I have one its a 6X24X50mm I was going to mount it to my Rem 700 sps tactical .308 just wondering what everyones review of this product is?

No experience with the scope, but I've seen them advertised in Sportsmans Guide. SG, IMHO, has nothing but overpriced junk. If it's in there, you'll find it better and cheaper elsewhere. I wouldn't even think of buying something as important as a scope from them.
By the way, they are a French owned company. That Gary guy or whatever his name is, is just a pitch man. He doesn't own the company. I shudder to think people actually buy that garbage.

If you like looking through a Heineken bottle you'll like osprey scopes - and yes I speak from experience. If you are looking for a cheap scope to get by on go for a millett.

WOW if thats the case I would love to take a peak though a quality optic one time to see I have never looked though anything above a stanard leupold hunting scope from gander mountain, with dirty fingerprints and droped a million times I plan to put this scope to the test and see if the 308 can trash the scope I apperciate all the opinons thanks

if your happy with what that scope does for you than thats all the matters. you asked and they told you.
also remember some of these guys on this site put there lifes on the line with there rigs so a low cost made in China scope is out of the question when its your life.
but hey, i am just a old Air Force guy having fun on the weekends with my 700, so a $300 scope is fine with me.. but if i could i would have a U.S.Optics!!

I bought the same scope put it on my ar-15 and love it the same people that slam this scope are just like the people in the orvis shop that claim that you cant catch fish without the $1000.00 dollars worth of equiptment bullshit I out fish most of them as for shooting I just shot a quarter size group of 5 shots with this scope at 108 yards with $10.00 abox winchester amunition . the optics in your high dollar scopes are more than likley made in the same place by the way millet is chinese made read the box I did american scope made in china . Osprey also has a lifetime warranty.
