Dear Residents of Walker Center 4th Floor,
Last week, on Thursday, October 7th, you may have noticed that an excess of water had risen through your shower drain and possibly out of your tub. We apologize for this inconvenience, but our pip system specific to the 4th floor East wing encountered a massive failure due to an excess buildup of a substance we have determined to be semen in the main valves. Because semen is not dissolvable in water, it gets caught in the filter and clogs up the entire system. When gone unchecked, it eventually causes a failure similar to the one last Thursday, which has cost over $3000 to repair thus far. Though we know you must take care of your business, we have never in the many years we have worked encountered a semen buildup of this size. It is because of this, unfortunately, that we must ask you to:
