I have a 12-inch 308 that has feeding issues when used with a suppressor. Can over gassing cause that? i thought overpassing just increased recoil and gas blowback?

Hey Zac. I’ve got an ultra 7 6.5. Primary use is bolt gun but I’ve played around on my DD 18” ar-15. I’ve not ran into any issues with it besides getting extra dirty. Is there any reason why I should need to switch to an adjustable gas block or just use what I have and shoot?!

My 16" 6.5G just will not run with my BAS on it. H2 buffer. Bolt over base on a regular basis. Thought about going to an slr gas block, but it hasn't been a priority. Thoughts?

I should have amended my statement to refer to 223/556 AR's. Almost everything else works worse than those and needs tuning (in general, but exacerbated with suppressor). 223/556 rifles are very tolerant in my experience.

An adjustable gas block should fix your 6.5 Gr problems.
That is very true, and somehow I didnt think about it in relation to putting a can on an already somewhat compromised gun. Do you have a preference for which adj. Block?
