Fieldcraft painting barrel and action

do need to worry about what kind of paint i put on my barrel or action in regards to heat? i have some high temp black rustolium that i want to paint my barrel and action with but i just wanted to make sure it wont make to barrel hold heat and move too much! any body have any experience?

Check out Oriely's and autozone. they have a ceramic header paint that works like a champ. VHT works ok, but there is another one from duplicolor I believe that looks better and holds up better than the VHT.
