Rifle Scopes parallax adjustment on a rudolph scope

Hi all i live in Botswana and have a south african scope manufacture Rudolph scope on my .300 win mag. the parallel adjustment doesn't work properly i have sent it back to them and it came back exactly the same, after trying to call them several times i gave up. the problem is that whether you at 100m or 500m meters the closest parallax stability i can come to is if i set the adjustment on infinity. would any body know if you can adjust the parallax adjustment throw (or what ever its called).
