Parker Hale Feeder Issues

I was looking for some help, a friend of mine has a 308Norma Mag, in a Parker Hale, with some feeding issues.
Basically when 2 are in the box and he runs the bolt....no issues.
when he loads 3 in the box, runs the bolt, when the 1st round ejects the next 2 rounds(that were in the box) pops out unable to cycle the next rounds.....
Any Idea on what the problem could be?

Precisely what kind of Parker Hale is it? What was it originally chambered in? From what you report the feed rails need to be machined to match the body taper of the Norma case. It will take that and some hand finishing to fix it. Post a picture if you can.
