Parker Hale Jag....to fit Tipton rod?

Does anyone know of a source out there where I can find a Parker Hale Jag that will fit a Tipton CF cleaning rod? I did not realize this would be a problem when I ordered my custom bore guide. Now I cannot seem to find this style jag that will fit my rod.

^^^The problem with either one of these is that the threads are different size than the Tipton. So, unless someone makes one with 8X32 threads then it is not going to work and that is the problem I have ran into.

The Dewey male jags are 8x32.
