They can't, or won't because they've become a bit tired of life around yahoos in the Diaspora, and by God, in the eyes of some so-called patriots, this isn't their home. I was born a short drive from the geographical center of this state, and when some jackass suggests that I should unass his AO, I make the extremely clear point that I am home. Veer_G I want to apologize to you because I misunderstood the part about "Sikhs not wanting to venture out of GTA". It took me a while to figure out that GTA was Greater Toronto Area and I realize you were talking about them not yourself.
