This was posted on FB by one of my friends in Northern VA:
"Was in line to get Black Ops. Guy says to me and the guy in front of me that we're in his spot and he wants us to move. I'm like uh, no. As he becomes more belligerent, I get ready for a throw down. The dude reaches into his pocket and another guy in front of us show us his holstered gun and tells the duche bag to put his knife back. Thank God people can carry in the state of Va."

First off, dude was gonna knife someone for a spot in LINE?!?! WTF!?!?!

Second off, CCW wins again! ^_^

People are indeed stupid. I can't believe that someone out there would pull a knife just to move up the line for a freakin' video game. Call of Duty is like meth for some people.

My X box has been broke for over 6 months. I haven't gotten it fixed because every spare dollar my broke ass get's goes to <span style="font-weight: bold"><span style="text-decoration: underline">REAL</span></span> firearms. I'd rather get off my ass and shoot then sit in a pile of cheeto crumbs pretending to. Ever since those freaking games came out every fat fuck has decided there a freaking "operator"!

...while I did enjoy CoD4 and it's 2nd version, I haven't turned on my xbox in probably 6+ months either. I just got burned out with it all honestly and much more enjoy shooting in real life.

I can, working in a Detroit hospital there are a lot of "special kind of stupid" people here. Except unlike the first post, most people shot or stabbed here were just minding their own business.

1.If he attempted to pull a knife you should have jumped his shit like a fly.
2.dont show your concealed weapon unless your gonna use it.
3.bunch of fucking wannabe idiots playing too many video games

1. He wasn't the person in line. If you read the post, it clearly states that his friend witnessed it happen. Also, it wasn't his friend that showed the weapon, either. If he's a wannabe idiot, wouldn't he just get hurt trying to be cool and heroic by jumping a guy who apparently has no qualms stabbing someone over a place in line?
2. I don't agree with showing a weapon unless it's going to be used. However, if this story is true it looks like someone got schooled about pulling out knives for stupid reasons, and nobody was hurt. Hopefully someone will think about that before they decide to whip a knife out again.
3. Everybody who plays video games is a wannabe idiot, just like everyone who shoots long range shooting is a wannabe tactical operator, just like everyone who enjoys tinkering with computers is a wannabe hacker geek. Get your head out of your ass and accept that just because you don't enjoy something, that doesn't mean that other people can't enjoy it without being stupid. A lot of people view trophy hunting and long range shooting as stupid, but you may think differently. Next time, think a little bit before you shoot your mouth off to make yourself look tough (and ignorant) over the internet.

1. I wasn't there.
2. Episode ended without violence, paperwork, arrests, handcuffs, lawsuits, etc. I consider that a victory... Some long dead Chinese dude said that winning without having to resort to violence is the highest skill.
3. The guy with the knife, yes. The guy with the concealed pistol...maybe, but he saved some folks from a potentially violent encounter.

LOL +1000000000 I was thinking everything you stated here. I love how the geenral public make ignorant comments like this especially everyone who plays video games are wannabes. I find it funny as every military (all branches) person I know including myself within the gamer age of 17-30 play all of these war games and love them to death. I'd hate to be called a wannabe when my ass has nothing better to do to kill time while over in the desert. Love the comments of some on here though lol. Great stuff.

evry moron i know has a story like this, especially at the golden corral free veterens day dinner where there are annually 75-100 cia sniper seal delta ninjas on hand locally.

Around here, they have to staff Golden Corral for that annual free dinner with about 50 cia sniper ninja delta force seal recon guys, or there will be one helluva shootout.

Speaking of those Special OPS ninja SEAL green beret wearing recon sniper HRT operators..... I had a 400 pound one tell me today that he went to SEAL "school" (BUDS) as he called it, but was released cause he "had a bad knee and they frown on that".

It was truly epic when 6 people laughed in his face.

It really is sad when people do that. Everytime i hear about some dude like that, it just makes me sad cuz for every 5 people that don't believe them there is 10 that do and it just makes all SOF look horrible.

ugh, makes me sick to think about.
