I'm interested in whether there is some kind of optics like a periscope. To shoot at something that you wouldn't see with ordinary optics.Optic on gun,not for spotting

There are so many ways to achieve this, really depends on what you are trying to accomplish.OP, I see you are in Croatia, a lot of technology can't be exported outside the US.

There are many scope cameras, slaved to a viewing screen w/RC triggers. The higher end systems are gamble mounted and run off 12Vdc. These have been around from the late 1970's on, and today's versions are 100%

If I'm reading between the lines correctly, indirect engagement is what you seek. There are far better tools than a gun for that if you are static, or want to be off site. Remember, a gun is but a tool, the mind is the true weapon. Always think out of the box.
