Rifle Scopes PH 3-15x elevation question

I'm considering the Premier Heritage 3-15x and am not sure whether I want the
single turn or double turn elevation adjustment. I'll be shooting out to 600 yds regularly and
hopefully to 1000 some time in the future. Currently have a 28 MOA mount.

From Liberty Optics website:
Elevation Knob: 22 mrad per revolution single-turn turret
27mrad double-turn turret with 15 mrad per turn
Elevation - Total Internal Travel 34 mrad / 117 MOA.

Does the single turn turret have the 34 mrad/117 MOA travel also?
Will it get me out to 1000 yds?
I have emailed and left a phone message at Premier but haven't heard back.

I like the double turn better than the single turn. The clicks aren't so close together so no going past your lower mil dope(.1,.2 or .3) after the heavier full mil clicks.
