I cannot find a way to rigidly mount an iPhone to a PIc rail on my chassis. Does anybody make a rigid, one piece, metal pic rail mount with no articulation? Could someone machine this?

I think most of the ones you'll find out there are going to be articulating and made of polymer. This one appears to be at least fixed, albeit made from polymer.
Your best bet is to get a Quad lock case and then make a mount for your rifle. I have a tripod mount that could be used to mount to a rail. I'd start there .

I’ve been apprehensive about recoil impact. My other option is to get a standalone sensor with Bluetooth.
Here is a combo option. It’s the only one I’ve seen where the pic attachment has the crossbars. Would probably need some thread locker?
A strip of adhesive magnetic tape to the backside of the phone / phone case. A small neodymium super magnet interface. Done.

Anyone have any links? I saw one on another person's gone, it was not mounted onto a Spuhr. It just attach to the pickets any rail between the scope rings it didn't occur to me how cool it was until days later

I found a $25 one on Amazon. It used a picatinny to GoPro base, and then I can swap anything I can use a GoPro base on.
Of course it didn't work for shit. I always hit it and knocked it off if I had to move. I didn't want it too rigid because I figured it's no good if the phone screen becomes the weakest link.
