I just mounted an older Spuhr base with 20.6 MOA to a rail I installed with 20 MOA. How will this positively or negatively effect my shooting? I decided to pull the Spuhr off one rifle, not realizing the extra MOA until after the fact. Mounted a Crimson Trace 3 x 24 on it. Thanks in advance...

Really depends on the scope. You may run out of elevation to get 100 yard zero. Look into the scope specs

You will likely be unsatisfied at close range (dialed to edge of movement range) and run out of horsepower to take advantage of that much moa for long range. I don't shoot that cartridge though.
