I picked up my first Tactical type rifle from the gun store today. 
It is a Remington 700 SPS Tactical in .308. I'm really excited to take it out and shoot. Now I just have to wait on my pre-ordered Viper PST 6-24 FFP Mil/Mil to come in. Its gonna be a long wait from the sounds of it however that will just give me a chance to save up for a case of ammo.
The only thing left to acquire is the bipod..
