Pics of your aftermarket bolt handles

I am looking to replace the stock bolt handle on my 700 VTR, as I hate manipulating it with gloves on. To help me decide on which one, could anyone who has them post some pics of your aftermarket bolt handles, and how you like them.

Also for the most part, do they all involve having a gunsmith cut off and rethread the old one?
