First you have to upload your pics to a host site like PhotoBucket.com or ImageShack.com or similar. Once the picture is there, you just copy the "Direct Link" for the image you want to post. Then in your "Reply Box" left click the 4th icon on the toolbar just above the text window. Select where in the box you want the image to appear (I just use the "insert non-floating image" one) and paste the copied link in the window that'll pop up. Click the "OK" button and you are done. If you want to load more in a single post, hit "Enter a time or two for spacing and repeat the previous copy and paste instructions.
