Rifle Scopes Place book or place to learn info on optics

Guys its been years since i have been into long range shooting and i'd like to get back into it but I never really learned Optics and all that goes with it can anyone give me some info on were to find good info on learning more

The Ultimate Sniper someone recommend I ended up getting is an awesome read its like the bible of Long Range Shooting and covers so much. That article Zak Smith is also a great read that was published in Shotgun News

I have found my local gunshops also just happen to be FULL of former Ranger SEAL Green Beret Sniper Champions. They can really teach a fellow a lot.

I have a book called "Optics for Sportsman" which discuss all sports optics in dept (riflescope, binoculars, spotting scopes, rangefinders, etc). I'd recommend that one.
