Place to shoot near Moab UT

My wife and I are going on a trip to Moab in the middle of March to do some hiking and offroading.Can anyone help me with a good spot on public land that has over a mile to legally shoot? I have my own target, I promise I'm not retarded, and all my stuff will come back with me. I have 1100 yards right next to my house but everytime I go out west I always like to air it out a little.

I put together a 7-300wm shooting 190 atips @ 3040 fps and 1100 yards isn't much of a challenge.

Not sure of the restrictions or requirements shooting on BLM lands in Utah, as the parcels around here in Eastern WA are isolated and not big blocks. Am sure a member from Utah will likely have a definitive answer.

Cameo in Colorado. It's not close but it's not that far either. You'll likely pass right by it on your way to and from Moab.
