What kinda ranges will you be hunting?

game animals at 100 to 550 yds... I don't shoot at live animals beyond that range

metal silouttes to 1500 yds

Deer, ELK, antelope, maybe a moose? If so...a perfect combo.

If your shooting nothing but deer in beanfields or clearcuts....I'd go 6.5 mm or even .257' . All a guy needs for deer.

Tough to figure what you might hunt.... as there's no location filled in.

I did a build with a Defiance, Deviant and it is very accurate and smooth. Great actions.
