Think of the duo as having 2 seperate reticles.
One that stays a constant size. This is helpful in 3gun and reflex style targets because you dont have to worry about that reticle becoming to small to quickly acquire the target.
The other reticle is FFP, meaning when you are shooting longer targets the reticle will subtend properly no matter what power its on. It will give you a more precise aiming point for the longer targets, and because the reticle is FFP you holds are always possible.
One Circle that stays the same size providing a reticle for reflex targets. One that is FFP and allows the user to have a more precise POA and accurate holds. The best of both worlds.
