Please Help price a couple things

I am looking to sell a couple rifles and would like some help on establishing fair prices.

R 700 Aac-sd 16.5" .223
Has a homemade muzzle break that looks cool ( thread protector included also) bolt was fluted by LongRifles and threaded for bolt knob. Mcree Folding chassis, converted .308 AI mag that holds 16 rnds of .223, Weaver base, weaver 6 screw rings, SS 10x Mil/MOA scope. UNFIRED

Howa 1500 Compact Varminter .308
Fluted bolt and badger bolt knob, Khantroll brake, badger base, Millet Steel rings, leupold Mark 4 4.5-14x50, XLR Evolution chassis, 5rnd AI mag. Unknown round count.

I'm needing some funds for a new lathe and want to know what to ask for these. Thanks

They look great, but I have no clue! Sorry, but someone certainly needs these. I would suspect about 10% or so less than what you spent to build them...

if the rem was 308, 10-15% off would be realistic - in 223 more like 15-20% off to start

the 308, since howa would also start at 20% off
