Ok so I just got my new stock and put my action into it and dry fired once and now everytime I cycle the bolt the firing pin is dropping. Not with any force at all. It's just going in one slow fluid motion with the bolt. So I took my action out and now it is STILL doing it and will not let me turn it on safety

Check to ensure that the trigger hole in the stock is not touching the trigger at all. I have heard of the stock keeping the trigger pulled so it did this.

Break down the bolt, clean the gunk out of the bolt body/firing pin. If that's not it check the trigger/sear alignment. Had the same thing happen on a customers 22-250, WD-40, gun gases create a nice goo. DO NOT USE WD-40 ON GUNS!!!
