+1. I don't generally answer my cellphone either. It's for my use, in an emergency. My friends and family can just pretend like it's 1995 and their best option is a page that I may or may not get to right away because I may or may not have both payphone and quarters handy. I can't believe people have their cellphones hooked up to twitter to alert them to every retarded thought their 2000 "friends" have in the course of a day.
