Ammo is hard to find, I got some PMC Bronze 147 gr. I have Hornaday, federal and black hills but bought cheaper stuff to lower cost average at the expense of a bit of accuracy.

Anyhow, it was marked .308 FMJ-BT online, great I thought. I got it and noticed the boxes say .308 (7.62 NATO) In parenthesis just s I typed. So is it .308 or 7.62? It can' be both, there is a difference. Pmc's site did not help much it calls it .308/7.62. What the....

In the end I have an SPR, can I shoot it for practice from my FN SPR? Any issues with head space yada yada yada or will it work fine accuracy issues aside?

Thanks

It's loaded to 7.62 Nato specs, but without a primer crimp. The brass is very comparable to LC 7.62, if that matters.

Shoot it, you'll be fine.
