PMP Ammo is this brand any good?

Not sure if this is the right forum but I am curious if this brand of South African ammo is any good, what about their brass for reloading?

Be very careful when reloading this brass. It has way less case capacity. I locked the bolt on my gun using the same load that is safe in other cases. I took it home and got it unstuck. I thought I screwed up. I pulled every one of the loads. Every one had exactly 45gr of varget. I put that same load back in a PMP case and went to the range and it did it again. I threw all of it away as soon as I got home.
