pocket spotter/ monocular suggestions

i attended LAVs AK operator class 2 weeks ago and competed in a local 3 gun match last weekend. in both places, having a pocket sized spotting scope or monocular to assist in zeroing weapons and calling hits on paper targets during a match would have been great. do any of you have any recommendations?

Vortex makes a really nice one but you will have to Google the p/n, etc. They have some different reticles that come in them as well i think.

I suggest the Vortex Solo R/T 8x36 or one of the "Recons". Take a look at Vortex website as im not sure if I could place a direct link here.

UPDATE:
i just got a Vortex Solo R/T monocular. its a nice unit with a huge reticle. ill post some pics when i have a chance.
