POF 308 lower parts

picked up a p308 lower and need to know if any lowe parts kit will work, or do i need something special. also as far a stocks go- are the lr308 style stocks different than the ar15 stocks. leaning twords a prs, possible just and a2 if money runs out.

Any AR15 LPK will work. The only proprietary parts are the ambi bolt release and the pivot pin, both of which should already be included with your lower. For aftermarket triggers, most all will work. There are just a few manufacturers that have 308 specific models. Timney and American Trigger come to mind. Just make sure to check before you buy.

Rifle buffer tubes are the same for LR 308 and AR 15. Only the buffer and spring will have to be 308 specific.

If you choose the PRS, make sure it is an "AR10 model. The reason being, the cheek piece has to be shorter on the "AR10 model to accommodate the longer charging handle.

Also, just a FYI. Not sure if you knew or not but I'll just throw this info out there anyway. The only upper that will properly fit the POF 308 lower is a POF 308 upper.

i knew about the upper, but ill be using a dpms and installing the bushings in it.
