POF P-415 LOWER compatability

I was wondering if anyone here can tell me what brand upper would be best for pof p-415 lower receiver. Also with this lower what builds can get from this lower. I wanted to know if I can go from .223 to .308?

223 only, not 308. Any run of the mill AR upper will work on it.

how about 6.8 and 9mm.

Any AR-15 compatible upper receiver/caliber will work with the POF .223/5.56 lowers.

For your example...I have a 9mm built out with a Gen III POF lower and it runs like a scalded dog (same with .223/5.56 build).

308 and 308 length rounds fit in the AR-10 which is basically a longer, fatter AR-15. Nothing longer than a 223 will fit in an AR-15 but there are a lot of options. To name a few off the top of my head:
