if i zero a 3x9 scope at 100 yards set on 9 power will the poi be the same if a set it on 3 power?

yea the recticle might change depending on the magnification depending on your scope for range estimation but the poi shouldn't change a bit, thats what i've been told. What brand scope is it?

most CHEAP hunting scopes will shift......thats why they are cheap and have a fixed parallax......they are not target scopes , nor are they tactical scopes.....BUT will most likely maintain minute of brisket
