Pointer to recommended / reasonable Ruger PR modifications / upgrades?

First off, I know there is an existing RPR thread but at 65+ pages, I'm not going to wade through the whole thing. I'm thinking of buying a RPR in 6.5 Creedmore. I know the 2018 model changed some things though I'm not sure I know all the changes.

What I'm looking for is a pointer to, or a list of, reasonable and recommended upgrades to perform on the rifle to get it from good to very good. I'm not looking for titanium dusted wizzy wig stuff, just real life, what you ought to know and do type things.

What is the difference between good and very good? Shoot it first and then go from there because generally they perform quite well out of the box. Personal preference, I'd add a neoprene pad to the cheek rest, i dislike the grip so I'd change that as well as the trigger, i dislike that "blade"/glock type trigger. 1st gen, I'd also replace the plastic bolt shroud, the rest is just checking everything is square and straight and functions properly.

I changed out the grip on mine to one with a thumb shelf, and the muzzle break as I wasn't happy with the factory one. Shooting around 1/4 MOA (which has nothing to do with the mods I made) with good reloads so i'm not touching anything else right now.

Mine is a gen 1 .308. The grip was the first to go. Got a Hoage rubber overmolded. I also swapped out the plastic shroud for an LRI. Then I put a Paper City handguard just cause I wanted something longer. Other than that my RPR is factory. SWFA scope and Harris bipod. I adjusted the trigger as light as it would go, but that actually didn’t even effect my accuracy. I’m still seeing consistent 1/2 moa or better with 3400 rounds on the factory barrel. When this barrel is done I’ll get a custom one. Really I was very happy with this rifle right out of the box. I’ve done things for comfort or appearance, but after 3 years with it (other than load development) I haven’t even done anything that would improve the accuracy of the rifle itself.
