Legalese is a bitch. I personally think the lawyer did good by him - trying for procedural stuff to keep him in Illinois. But he would not have been much better off in Illinois IMO.

At any rate-that prosecutor is a moron, much like the one in Minnesota, with the cop/George Floyd. They are overcharging (again, IMO) and are gonna fall flat I'd think.

Imo, this going to be slow walked. And very lightly covered by msm. Probably in the hope people forget about it.

Unfortunately, the legal process must be played out in this case. We know that it was self defense and the prosecutor knows that it was self defense; they just want to push the issue and put Kyle at an extreme imposition. Trial by 12 will also see that Kyle is innocent. Lots of money wasted on both side to continue feeding the divide between the Left and Right.

If you follow the narrative, it's all about keeping the sheep in check.

While I completely understand this has to play out, my concern is with the jurors. While it's nice to think we can blindly Trust impartial juries, the reality is people can be guided, misguided, lie Etc. I think either jurors will either be gotten to or be specifically placed and not for a positive outcome for Kyle.

Given what we have seen, I would guess that young Kyle is innocent. Looking at the numbers of bad guys compared to good guys that night, he and his buddies probably should not have been out on the street. That is an argument for another time. Concerning trial by jury, there is a saying that asks do you really want to trust a jury made up of people too stupid to get out of jury duty. Anyone ever watch the TV show Bull? Trial scientists do exist. And they work. Going to cost you a fortune but that is the cost of freedom I guess. We can argue ethics but both sides employ the same tactics. I would imagine/hope Kyle's attorneys will employ such assistance. It would be a crime if he is convicted of anything. Politics, pure and simple.
