How do you post photos and video on this forum?

Not so sure about videos but just hit 'attach files' in the lower left corner of your box. That should open a window to the files in your computer, select one, hit open and that should put it on screen. Wait for the green line to hit 100% then hit Post in the lower right of your box. Heres one of a Navajo weaving I own.

There is a little "insert image" icon in the top bar middle - and the pulldown two to the right of that has an "insert media" option

For stuff not saved to your files like internet photos just copy and paste.
