Since Hodgdon now owns IMR and Winchester powders, I would think they at least know the burn rate of their powders.

There was some discrepancy with the second posted set that I noticed, particularly where the second powder chart placed W748 and BLC (2) as opposed to where Hodgdon who makes them placed them.
