powder for 6 creedmoor

Trying to decide a 6mm chambering and am thinking about the 6 creed. One hangup is powder. I know I can get brass but am concerned about what seems like "the" powder - H4350. I have a few pounds but since I already use it for my 284 and 260, I wonder what other powder might work as well?

What bullet do you plan to shoot? If a 105 Hybrid, VLD, BTHP, etc., possible powders include: IMR 4350 and Reloader 17. I'm sure there are others. Look at a powder burn rate chart and find powders with a burn rate in the same or similar range as H4350.

Hodgdons Hybrid 100V might work, H4831sc, I've had some good results with RE17, 760/414 is right in there, anything from RE15 to H1000 might work, H4350 has worked the best for me so far. So many powders, so little time.

I use IMR 4350 and 115 Dtacs with great success.

H4350 is a little on the fast side for the heavies like the DTACs, but it will work. RL22 is a good choice for the 115s in the 6mm, I have ran RL22 and H1000 in the 243 with 115s and they work great, better than H4350. I use H4350 in the 6.5CM and it is the most consistent and stable powder for that cartridge, but you may want to try one of the slower powders in the 6

I've got a little H4831sc left, how much would be just right for the 115DTACs in my 6 Creed?

I use 43 grains of H-4831sc with my 105 hybrids at 3040fps. The accuracy is very good!

I've been using RL17 because I couldn't find any H4350 and it has worked very well. 41.3 grains with 105 Hybrids and I get 3115 fps. I just got 16 lbs of H4350, but I'm not going to use it until I go through all the RL17 I have.
