Does anyone have any experience with precision firearms? I am considering an AR 10 variant and was looking at this company or going with GA Precision GAP 10 for a custom build. I am looking for an AR 10 that is accurate and quality.

I don’t think they make a bad product, but also don’t think the product you get is worth the extremely long wait times they have.

The wait times are what I hear most often over on Grendel forum. As Jake noted, with the right barrel and tools, similar results as close as your own two hands.
Buy a Seekins SP10, great value for what you get. When you burn out the barrel install a bartlein which is what Gap uses.
I've owned both at the same time and will tell you the only difference is the barrel work the team at GAP does. It is very good, but not worth the premium given what you can do on your own.
