Ok guys enough of you asked that we are going to start offering our blended filler for your GC or other barricade bags. I know the new craze is ultra light but we stand firm that our filler will hold steadier than anything out there and that benefit is worth an extra pound or 2. Our company was literally started to do the opposite of what most in the industry were/are doing. We wanted our fill to lock together under your rifle, not slip and flow. After months of testing dozens of fillers and countless combinations of fillers we arrived at

We are working out volumes for large and small bags to determine an exact weight but it should be the same or a bit less than a standard filler for the bag you are using. I will say that with this fill a miniature version of whatever bag you are using will be just as stable as a full size. There is no reason to lug around huge bag anymore. We have some shooters using it now in mini GCs and have very good reports @hookedonbrass

Really excited to see this.

I tested some of the earlier bags offered by PURG and was mystified about this "magic fill" he used. Long story short - i ended up testing a small amount of this blend mixed in with the existing fill in my waxed canvas GC and I'm liking it so far. I shot a match or two with it. The blend has a deadening effect on the plastic beads inside and everything just locks in. It didn't make the bag much heavier at all with the ratio i used. Unfortunately i didn't get before/after weights and i guesstimated the ratio until i liked the feel. But PURG has it figured it and i think many will be pleased.

If you like the feel of his ELR bags, that stability.... try this fill in your GC.

Also if anyone has a bag that is sewn shut we can fill it for you and sew it back up cleanly. We will add that option to the page in the near future. If you want this done before then just put it in the order notes and we will work it out.

Just like anything else the new smell wears off. Plus it’s hard to notice when you are looking at that view!

I just got a new shipment in and it has almost no smell. That other batch must have been fresh from the factory!
