Preferred Barrel Blanks, the company

End of last year I purchased an action from PBB & was satisfied with their services.

They sent me an email earlier this week reminding me to rate them for a review.

I have tried to go to their page multiple times over the last few days & have not been successful.

I called today & did not get anyone.


With all the other crazy stuff going on,

Has anyone been successful in getting them on the phone or accessing their website?

Alot of companies have seemed to stop answering the phone these days.
The website is working for me, but I haven't tried to contact them by it.

That’s odd- both my personal & work mobile would not load their page.

Full WiFi & they are instantaneous with every other site I’ve been on.

Didn’t write a review because I hadn’t received my barrel yet. It arrived tonight after being ordered July 4th with a 12 week lead time.

From what I’ve seen of it so far, I’m happy. I had ordered a Remage style barrel for a Ruger American in 338 Federal. Now to swap the barrels and see how it shoots.

I purchased a barreled action from them 2+ years ago and had a great experience with excellent communication every step of the process. I just recently bought an action from them on 8/2. They went silent for almost a week and I finally got them on the phone after many calls. Their website had crashed and they had to rebuild their entire order book. The action eventually arrived and all is good on my end. I’m not sure the extent of their website issues, but that might explain some of their recent delays. Just an FYI.
