I've had the USO and the Premier both apart on my bench, and the USO milestone and the Premiers MTC are essentially the same concept and design-that's what its for. Having had both apart and in my hand I prefer the USO's setup.
I dunno on the S&B, I haven't had one apart so I'm not sure if its apples to apples on the click/clunks.....
