I'm having some issues with my PRI adjustable gas block, I can't get my gas tube to fit, it won't even tap in with the help of a brass hammer, or a rubber mallet.

I have read that a .182 drill bit it the way to go, but I am afraid to ruin the gas block, any other advice?

Re: PRI adjustable Gas block

Either send it back along with the tube, measure gas tube and drill the block or sand the tube down until it fit's that would be my choice, it does not sound like it's going to take much. I was alway's taught mess with the least expensive first.

I have had a similar problem, I used polishing compound to wear it down until I had a snug fit. All it was was mother's mag polish from oreily's autoparts.
