Used but in decent condition. Recce rail is painted with Aerovoe Field Drab. Easy to remove with some paint stripper. Bottom 8.5" rail is black. Hardware included, plus a couple extra short PRI rail sections, top rail section with lug (also painted field drab) and hardware. I did cut one of the nut plates down from a full length to a single nut plate, as the screw would protrude and contact the gas block.
