Price check help with an LMT 308?

Looking at taking this on trade for something and can't really tell what it's worth. Curious if anyone of you would know?

LMT 308 in FDE (rifle only no optic included)

Round count approx. 400 and in average to good cond.

The lower is marked LM308MWS it has an ambi selector switch and mag release but no ambi bolt catch

Owner said he ordered it with a special stainless steel barrel with a 1 - 11.25 twist rate

Looked on gun broker and found something similar in black selling for around 3k

Any info or suggestions?

My experience with Gunbroker is that they are about 25% over priced on most everything. that sells, and theres a dearth of used guns for sale. LMT makes or made good stuff so thats a positive. If you want it for you would be one price, if youre taking it in trade for resale, somewhat less.
