If you havent used one of these before you have no idea what your missing. While you may be able to hit a mountain side with another range finder the precision of the PLRF's is unmatched. Want to hit a 10 or 12 " square at 1200 yards and know your hitting the plate and not the ground behind it, then this is for you. Ive ranged out to 6300 yards on sunny days and it has no problem hitting high tension wires at over 1300. Targets for PRS or ELR and you know exactly what your hitting. Also has gate a feature will it will provide 2 ranges back to you in case it sees something behind the target so you know which is the target and which is the ground behind. (See pics) At dusk, these things go forever. Both units are perfect and I dont expect them to last long. Comes with case, manual and carry strap. These retailed for about 4500-4700 new.
